• Preparation of more developed plans, sections and elevations based on approved preliminary proposals and obtain clients’ approval for the developed plans.
• Preparation of council approval drawings of the final drawings
• After obtaining council approval, preparation of detailed drawings and final 3 dimensional rendered images and animated walk-through.
• Preparation of Tender documents for bidding including Bill of Quantities and Specifications.
• Guide and Advise Clients in selecting a contractor.
• Manage the project from inception to completion of construction including certification of contractors’ bills.
• Prepare a maintenance manual of services and plants in coordination with the contractors involved.
• Prepare the final certificate, upon completion of the defects liability period.
